This independent initiative has developed through years of working within and alongside university art programmes as an artist and educator, and from an ongoing interest in the relationship between studio culture and the quality of the conversations that surround it. My contribution to this exchange began as a recent MFA student, by suggesting visiting voices whose professional practice and regional presence felt relevant to the programme, and by facilitating introductions when dialogue felt timely.

I work with universities, artists, and curators to shape conversations around studio practice. The focus is on creating external points of contact that deepen and extend the ways in which work is discussed.

Within higher education contexts, this takes the form of inviting artists and curators to share recent work, facilitating and conducting both individual and group critiques, and leading artist-led studio practice sessions grounded in my own professional experience across drawing, printmaking and painting. These engagements are designed to contribute external perspective while sitting alongside existing curricular frameworks. At its core, the work is about fostering meaningful exchange and sustained relationships across the art ecosystem.
